We’re partnering with a leading global consultancy to hire a Senior Manager in their Programme Risk Management (PRM) team. In this dynamic role, you will focus on delivering large-scale, transformative projects across various sectors, including financial services, public sector, telecoms, and energy. This is a high-impact position for someone with a strong background in risk management, programme assurance, and delivering large transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead programme risk and recovery services on complex transformation programmes

• Partner with clients to assess their programme success capabilities and provide solutions for risk management, governance, and delivery success

• Drive improvements in programme execution through best practices in risk management and PMO frameworks

• Lead presentations and proposals for high-complexity projects, ensuring the delivery of innovative and commercially insightful solutions

• Manage client relationships, helping to drive new business and ensure high-quality service delivery

• Support the development of internal talent through coaching and mentoring, ensuring continuous improvement within the team

Key Requirements:

• 10-15 years of experience in programme delivery, project recovery, or risk management, particularly in technology projects

• Experience managing large-scale transformation projects, with strong expertise in Programme Assurance, project health checks, and recovery

• Excellent stakeholder management skills with a track record in managing complex stakeholder programmes

• Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, and change management principles

• Professional qualifications such as PRINCE2?, PMP, MSP, or ACP are highly desirable

• Proven leadership ability in managing and developing high-performing teams
